Kings Press, Down After Avalanche Power-Play
Brock Nelson’s early power-play strike has LA chasing despite sustained pressure and a post from Quinton Byfield.
Los Angeles is out-chancing and out-shooting Colorado but trails 0-1 after Brock Nelson’s 06:33 power-play goal. The Kings own the shot attempts (19-11) and shots on goal (11-6) and have generated far more dangerous looks; expected goals sit 1.04–0.51 in LA’s favor. Momentum looks tilted toward Los Angeles as play heads to the next stoppage.
