These terms cover your use of Metrics Arena (the "Site") — a free NHL statistics and analysis product, with optional free accounts.

Use of the Site.Metrics Arena is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Don't abuse it: no attempts to disrupt the service, probe its security, or bulk-scrape its pages or APIs with automated tools.

Statistics, models, and AI content.All statistics, derived metrics (including Iron Metrics™ and expected-goals models), and AI-generated recaps, insights, and editorials are provided "as is" for informational and entertainment purposes. AI-written content is reviewed by automated quality checks but may still contain errors or omissions — don't rely on anything here for consequential decisions.

No affiliation. Metrics Arena is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Hockey League, its member clubs, or any broadcaster. Team names, logos, and player data are used for identification purposes only.

Odds and betting content. Any odds or odds-related analysis displayed on the Site are for informational purposes only and are never betting advice or a recommendation to wager. Metrics Arena does not accept wagers, is not a bookmaker, and receives no compensation from betting operators. If you choose to bet, do so only where it is legal for you and within your means.

Accounts.Accounts are free and optional. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notifications are entirely opt-in and can be turned off at any time in settings. From time to time we may enable additional features for invited members at no charge. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Site.

Changes. We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.
