Blackhawks Do the Attacking, Kings Hold the Only Goal

Chicago has done most of the attacking and still trails. The Blackhawks lead shot attempts 42-31, and their chances are worth more: expected goals (how many the chances should have produced) favor them 2.07 to 1.65. The only goal is Samuel Helenius' for the Kings, so Los Angeles leads 1-0 with 3:40 left in the 2nd. Both sides hit a post: Panarin for LA, Donato for Chicago. The Hawks get a power play with six seconds left in this stretch.
