Michkov's Lone Goal Isn't Enough for Winless Flyers in Detroit

The Flyers' only goal came from Matvei Michkov, who plays on their third line tonight, while the top two lines never scored. He scored unassisted late in the first period. Detroit answered twice at even strength and won 2-1, leaving Philadelphia 0-5-3. The Red Wings also had the better chances, with 23 high-danger chances to Philadelphia's 12.
