Vejmelka Calms the Crease, Utah Gets Room to Breathe

Karel Vejmelka gave Utah a quiet, efficient performance that flipped the goalie conversation.

He faced 107 shots against over five games with 97 saves, a 0.91 save percentage and has posted one shutout; he also finished with 1.5 goals saved above expected and an 0.89 high-danger save rate. Compared with the shaky work in goal earlier, this was a clear bounce-back start.
