Sennecke Assists on Four as Ducks Edge Canucks 5-4
Anaheim's power play did the heavy lifting on a night the Ducks held off a Vancouver team still hunting its fourth win.
Beckett Sennecke didn't score, but he had a hand in four of the Ducks' goals in a 5-4 win over Vancouver. He finished with four assists on two shots, no goals and an even plus/minus.
Three of the assists came on the power play, with the other at even strength. He played 21:04 over 22 shifts, third among Anaheim's 18 skaters and first among the team's 12 forwards. He also had a hit and a takeaway, against one giveaway.
The four assists are a night well beyond his season line of eight goals and eight assists in 15 games. He had four power-play goals coming in, so the power-play production fits a pattern already in his season.
The win leaves Anaheim at 6-7-1. Vancouver falls to 3-12-1 and has lost two straight.
