Cam Talbot has kept the Blue Jackets in front by stopping nearly everything Philadelphia has thrown at him. With 10:56 played in the 3rd and 9:04 left in the 3rd, Columbus leads 3-1.

Talbot has made 18 saves on 19 shots, a save percentage of .947, including 7 saves on 8 high-danger chances. The Flyers' chances were worth about 1.84 expected goals (how many the looks were worth), and only one beat him. It is still an early sample, but the saves are the story.
